Shipping Charges
The shopping cart will calculate your shipping cost automatically depending on your destination. The Standard shipping fee of $19.50 for Continental USA (excluding Alaska) covers shipping of 1 – 4 units. A surcharge will apply for 5 or more units, depending on destination address (we will check with you before shipping or charging your card – you can then email us to confirm).
If your delivery address is in Hawaii, Alaska or Canada, please choose the appropriate option in the order process – the shopping cart will calculate a basic shipping charge. Please note that we will email you with your shipping options after receiving the order (there may be an additional charge depending on the service you choose). We will not charge your card for any extra costs without your agreement.
Customers in Western Europe, please choose the appropriate option in the order process – UK; Ireland & Northern Ireland; or Western Europe (for the countries listed). For other European destinations, please choose the Western Europe option and we will let you know any additional shipping charges by email before processing your order.
If you are based outside North America and Europe, please choose the Rest of the World option. We will let you know any additional shipping charges by email before processing your order.
Returns Policies
We are able to offer a unique 60-Day return period under the Two-level Money Back Guarantee Policy of Energy for Health, the suppliers of the FlexxiCore and Surge of Chi products.
For the FlexxiCore and Surge of Chi products you can return within 60 days for a full refund provided that you return it in its original packing along with proof of purchase within 7 days of informing us of your intention to return the product. You must inform us of this intention within 60 days of delivery to your address following purchase. Unless the product is found to be faulty, the refund will be subject to a 4% deduction to cover our transaction processing costs – this will not apply if you paid by bank transfer or cash. We recommend that you use a courier company so that the return shipment will be tracked.
For the Vitality Swing, Chi Vitalizer and Swing Master products supplied by US Jaclean Inc. (trading as Daiwa Felicity), you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a refund in the case of unused, unworn, and unopened products including original product packaging. Defective products will be replaced provided we are notified within 14 days of delivery and in this case return shipping will be covered by Daiwa Felicity. In the first place you should inform us of your intention to return a product with an explanation of the reasons for doing so using our Contact form.
